Activate public report and define database
To share a Discovery Report, first share it by creating a corresponding link. To do this, go to the open Discovery Report and activate the "Public report" button. You can also specify the database here : Choose whether you want to share all followers or just the engaged community, i.e. the followers who are actively interacting. This setting helps you to pitch relevant profiles to your customers in a smart way and to easily transmit the most relevant data.

Enhance and customize profile descriptions with the AI Writer

In the header section of the Discovery Report, you can now create and customize the profile description to add additional information or comments.

• To do this, move the mouse over the profile description and click on the pencil icon.

• The AI Writer opens, which creates and inserts the target text according to your wishes. Specify here what you want to focus on and let our AI do the work for you.

• By clicking on"Generate ", it creates a suitable description that you can either use directly or adapt further.

This saves you time and ensures professional, consistent descriptions.

Share report and use alternative export options

As soon as you have customized the description, you can share the report. If you have already sent the link, the recipient can simply refresh it in their browser to view the latest version.

• Copy & send the link - either individually or in a separate list.
• Export data additionally as Excel or PowerPoint, if desired.
