Learn how to organize your campaigns efficiently.

The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite offers you a powerful campaigning module that makes managing your influencer campaigns easier. You can create new campaigns, edit existing ones, and adjust their status, whether active, paused or completed, directly in the campaign overview. The module helps you stay organized and optimize processes on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube while you focus on results.

Campaign overview and management made simple

In the Campaign Manager, you can choose from different views that simplify management. The Swimlane view visually shows you the status of your influencer collaborations. You can define the individual stages for each campaign, or as an admin, set them across all campaigns. Profiles can easily be moved between phases via drag and drop to update progress.

Alternatively, the list view provides a more compact overview for a quick check.

Structured influencer campaign management with lanes and labels

In the campaign manager, lanes and labels provide maximum transparency and structure throughout your workflow. Each lane represents a clearly defined process step, for example outreach, content creation, or payment completed. This allows you to see at a glance where your influencers currently stand.

With labels, you can tag influencers in a targeted way, either individually via the three-dot menu on the card or in bulk by selecting an entire lane and then using the label icon in the top right. This is ideal for quick updates and smart filtering options.

The lanes are fully customizable. Using the three-dot menu, you can add new stages, rename, reorder, or remove them, perfectly aligned with your internal workflow.

An example of a possible lane structure:
Organization → Initial Contact → Pending → Content in Progress → Content Live → Payment Completed

Tip: Once you have set up a suitable process and are satisfied with your lanes, you can easily save this campaign process as the default for future campaigns. Simply check "Set as default process" at the bottom left, save your changes, and your preferred workflow will be applied automatically.

If you have already entered prices in the tasks, the system automatically tracks expenses per lane. As soon as a post goes live, the corresponding amount is deducted directly from the campaign budget, with no extra effort required.

And for even more visibility, activate the progress indicator at the top of the view, either for the entire campaign or for individual lanes. Additionally, you can switch flexibly between reach and impressions to track exactly the metrics that matter for your success.

The first lane, marked with the small plus sign, should ideally be used for organization, because when you copy tasks, they are automatically placed there.

Don’t lose sight of contact management!

It is not only legally important but also saves you time and effort when executing your campaigns. Well-maintained contact information is the key to smooth shipping and a clearly documented communication history.

Use the contact module not just for communication, but also strategically, for example to prepare your product shipments. If you store the address data directly in the contact profile, you can later easily export it as a CSV via the work log – ready to hand over to your logistics center.

Targeted Campaign Search

The Campaigning Module makes it easy to search for campaigns in a targeted way. Use the search bar to look directly for campaign names such as "Summer Campaign 2024".

You can also apply filters to sort campaigns by status such as "active" or "completed," which is especially helpful when running multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you can filter by start or end date to quickly find past or upcoming campaigns, for example, all projects that started in March. If you are working in a team, searching by responsible team members, such as "Project Manager Max," allows you to organize campaigns according to who is in charge.

Additional Benefits for Your Campaigns

The module offers many practical features: add influencer profiles to your campaign with a single click and manage them centrally. Track tasks and progress in real time to stay up to date. With IROIN® Connect, you receive automatic statistics such as reach and interactions that are not publicly visible. Financial management is also simplified – document budgets and compensations directly within the campaign. This way, you maintain a clear overview and can manage processes efficiently.
