How can I manage my contacts in IROIN®?
Learn how to quickly and efficiently manage contact information for agencies, clients, and influencers in IROIN® – for smarter influencer marketing.
In influencer collaborations, clear structures and up-to-date contact information are invaluable. IROIN® provides a powerful contact management system that helps you stay organized, work efficiently, and—most importantly—maintain and strengthen relationships over the long term.
Before you start managing contacts, one crucial step must be completed: each contact needs at least one association—such as with an influencer, an agency, or a client—to be saved.
This means you should first create the corresponding profiles—agencies under Portfolio > Agencies, clients under Campaigning > Clients. Only then can you add new contacts using the “Create” button in the top right corner.
More than just an email address – manage your contacts smartly.

Whether it’s an individual creator, agency, or management team, you can flexibly store contacts in IROIN® and assign them to multiple influencers. This means you don’t need to enter the same data multiple times—for example, you can assign one management contact to several creators, which is perfect for teams, creator duos, or podcast partners.
Here’s how it works:

Go to the portfolio of an influencer.

Scroll down to the “Contacts” section and click “Add Contact”.

- Select “New Contact” and enter all relevant information: name, primary email address, language, and the legal basis for data processing.
- You can link this contact to multiple influencers or add them to other contacts, depending on how they collaborate in real life.
Pro tip for your campaign planning:
Use the contact module not only for communication but also to prepare your product shipments. By maintaining address details directly in the contact profile, you can later export them via CSV from the campaign manager through the work log and hand them over to your logistics center with ease.
How it works: Click “Add Field” in the contact details, select the “Address” section, enter all necessary information – and with just two clicks, your export is ready.
Additionally, you can also document messenger profiles such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram. These are initially used for internal reference, but in the future, they will enable direct contact via integrations – a real advantage for seamless communication.
