Delete campaigns – easy and fast
Sometimes you just need a clean break: You can easily delete old campaigns that you no longer need. The process is deliberately streamlined so you can focus on what matters most—your active communication.
To do this, go to your campaign dashboard and select the campaign you want to remove. Click the "Delete" button to move it to the "Deleted Records" section. Don't worry: The campaign won't disappear forever. It will remain stored in the system for the time being, so you have the option to restore it if needed.
View deleted campaigns
You can easily find deleted campaigns in the corresponding section. Click the "Show Deleted Records" switch in the bottom left corner and you'll get a complete overview of all archived campaigns. Here you can review details, view past activity, and decide whether you want to reuse content.
Reactivating campaigns – how it works
Did you accidentally delete a campaign or want to reuse a previous campaign? No problem. Your administrator can quickly restore deleted campaigns.
To do this, they click on the icon with the round arrow and the clock symbol – this takes them to the last activity in which the campaign was deleted.
From there, they can click "Restore," and the campaign will be back. It will be listed as "deactivated" in the system, so you can reactivate and replay it if necessary.
