What are favorite lists and how do I create them?
Learn how to set up, manage, and use the Favorites feature within the Discovery module.
Favorite lists are especially useful when you want to present influencers or creators to a client or your team, but don’t want to add them directly to the portfolio yet. This way, you don’t have to enter all contact details immediately, but still have a compact overview of potential collaborations.
Where do I start to create a favorite list?
Throughout the software, you’ll find the “Create” button in the top right corner. No matter which module you’re in — Dashboard, Messages, Discovery, or Campaigning — this button is always available. Click on it, and you’ll see a dropdown menu with options such as “Create Campaign,” “Create Influencer,” “Create Agency,” “Create Client,” or “Create Contact.” To start a new favorite list, select “Create Favorite List” and get started.
After clicking, a new window will open, prompting you to name the new list. Be as precise and clear as possible so that you can easily find it again. From now on, you’ll find your new favorite list in the Favorites section, which is located in the Discovery module.
Adding influencers and creators to the favorite list
You can already add a profile to one or more of your chosen favorite lists directly in Discovery, allowing you to cluster strong creators and review them more closely at a later time if needed. To do this, click the star icon next to the “Report” button, and then select the desired list.
You may have even already checked a profile’s audience and performance through the Discovery Report and don’t need to scan the influencer in detail again. However, we generally recommend that before you suggest a profile internally or externally, you carefully review all available data within the Influencer Marketing Suite. This way, you avoid spending too much time clicking through your favorite list if the metrics aren’t compelling.
You can also add profiles to favorite lists afterward. To do this, go to the desired list and manually enter the channel name at the top for the respective platform.
Before the campaign starts – analyze your creator set at a glance
Do you want to check in advance how well a group of influencers works together? No problem! With just a few clicks, you can see the potential reach, the demographics and interests of their followers, how authentic the audience really is, and much more.
Simply open your favorite list and click “Overview” in the bottom left to start a comprehensive analysis.
Important: Make sure all Discovery Reports have been unlocked in advance – they form the data basis for the overview and ensure that you have access to reliable insights.
This allows you to plan in a data-driven, targeted way – with maximum campaign security.
Remove influencers & make changes transparent
You can easily remove influencers from the favorite list using the trash can icon – for example, if the authenticity of the audience is not convincing or the statistics negatively affect the overall value of the group.
Use the comment function to inform your team directly about the change. Simply tag a colleague with the @ symbol, and they will automatically receive an email notification about the new comment. This is also perfect for documentation purposes, allowing decisions to be recorded transparently.
