Learn how to use templates to optimize your communication via messages
The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite allows you to create and manage message templates to make your communication with influencers more efficient and consistent. This feature saves you time, ensures consistent messaging, and minimizes errors, which is especially helpful when collaborating with many creators. This allows you to craft your messages professionally and tailor them specifically to your campaigns.
Where can you find the template manager?
To use template management, go to Settings in the IROIN® Suite, which you'll find in the left navigation bar. Select the Messaging section and click Email Templates. In this menu, you can edit existing templates or create new ones. The clear structure makes it easy to organize your templates and quickly access them when you need them.
Create and customize templates
Click the "Create Template" button to create a new template. Give the template a name and select a topic, such as general outreach or campaign communication, to make it easier to find later. You can also specify the language, which allows for multilingual communication if you're working with international influencers.
Note: You can easily adjust the available languages via Settings > Configuration > Language.
The template editor offers classic text formatting options so you can make your message visually appealing. You can also insert placeholders like the sender's name or company name to create personalized messages that don't appear automated.
Insert images and use AI support
Insert graphic elements such as logos or banners – to the right of the view, you can choose between two template types: text email or HTML design.
If you choose the HTML design, you have the option of using your own logo and uploading it directly. You can also specify or remove the email header using the "Cover Image" field. If you choose the "Intro Image" option, the background image will be taken from the login page of your Influencer Marketing Suite.
You also have the option of switching to source code mode. Direct image uploads are not currently supported, but you can include images as links. You can also use AI-supported optimization to suggest templates or improve existing texts.
