Manually adding posts and statistics to campaigns
Manually adding posts to a campaign is especially helpful when certain content was not automatically captured – whether due to missing hashtags, mentions, or technical limitations.
When should I add posts manually?
- Missing monitoring criteria: Posts without the stored hashtags or mentions - the latter when Connect is active - are not automatically recorded.
- Additional content: Stories or additional posts from other networks that were not automatically recorded in the tracking can be added later.
- Incorrect timing: When the creator posts the content outside of our tracking period, i.e. more than two days before or after the scheduled release date.
How does it work?
Posts can be added flexibly in two places – depending on your working style and preference:
1. Directly in the Campaign Manager:
Simply click on the three dots in the task lines and select the option “Add post” .
2. Via the Campaigning > Posts section:
Under "Planned Posts," you'll find all tasks that haven't yet been linked to content. Click "Add Post" to select the appropriate task and creator.
You then have two options:
– Select one of the most recently suggested posts and link it.
– Or, switch to toggle "Add Post Manually" to add the posting. The description will be automatically added and can be reviewed immediately.
How can I add performance data if the influencer is not connected?
Currently, the IROIN® Suite automatically tracks publicly visible data for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. If IROIN® Connect isn't established with influencers, all important performance data can still be added manually – for full transparency and complete campaign documentation.
Here's how it works:
After selecting a post or adding it manually, scroll down.
If the "Automatically retrieve statistics" switch is active, first deactivate it.
An arrow will then appear. You can use this to upload screenshots with the insights. Our screenshot reader automatically reads the most important metrics, such as impressions, reach, and likes, and enters them in the appropriate fields.
Alternatively, you can also add the statistics data manually:
Simply click in the corresponding field and type the values directly.
Once all the data has been entered, you can reactivate the "Automatically retrieve statistics" switch if necessary.
This ensures that your campaign is fully documented and all content pieces are centrally available at a glance.
At the very bottom you will find the “Media Content” section:
Here you can manually upload a video or the original post – ideal if the content was played via other networks or the influencer is not connected.
As with adding posts, statistics can also be edited at any time – for maximum flexibility and data quality.
You have two options:
– Via the Campaign Manager: Click on the three dots in the order line and select "Edit post . "
– Or via the Posts > "Published posts" section: There, you'll also find the "Details / Edit" option in the three-dot menu .
This way, you always have an overview – and your campaign insights remain complete, up-to-date and analyzable.
