The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite allows you to track which team members have already communicated with a specific influencer. This feature is especially helpful for avoiding duplicate contacts, optimizing collaboration, and leveraging existing relationships efficiently. This way, you can ensure your team works in coordination and avoids valuable time being lost due to unnecessary repetition or misleading agreements. Here's how to use this overview and the benefits it offers.

View communication in the influencer profile

An influencer's profile provides a complete overview of all previous email correspondence. To do so, navigate to the portfolio, select the profile of the desired creator, and click on the email icon. This will take you directly to the message history.

There, you'll see which team members have interacted with the influencer, including the names and times of the last messages sent—similar to the overview in the Messages module. This transparency helps you understand the current status of communication and ensure all team members are always informed. You can also see whether a colleague has already made a request or reached an agreement, avoiding duplication of effort.

Messaging: Incoming and outgoing messages

Both sent and received messages are visible within the communication log, giving you a full context of the conversation. This clarity ensures no one steps in unaware of past discussions and helps maintain a professional and consistent communication flow with influencers.

Review past campaigns

In addition to communication, you can also see which campaigns the influencer has already been involved in on the same profile. This section lists previous projects, allowing you to evaluate the success of the collaboration – for example, based on reach or engagement rates. This allows you to decide whether the influencer is suitable for further engagement and to make optimizations for future campaigns, such as adjusting the content strategy. This way, you can build on previous experiences and improve your planning.
