How do I ensure that emails sent via IROIN® are brand compliant?

The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite offers numerous features to design your emails in line with your brand guidelines and ensure a consistent appearance. This way, you can ensure that your communication with influencers appears professional and consistently reflects your brand identity. With the right tools, you can incorporate your brand colors, logos, and fonts into every message to convey a coherent image.

Create brand-compliant email templates

In the Email Templates section of the IROIN® Suite, you can create standard templates that include your company colors, logos, and fonts. For a detailed introduction to creating and managing templates, we recommend this article . To simplify things: Go to Settings, select Messaging, and then Email Templates to create a new template.

Create templates

Add your company logo, ideally in the header or footer, and specify the fonts and colors defined in your brand guidelines. Feel free to use the HTML design under "Appearance" (on the right) to upload a custom logo and email header. These templates ensure that every team member who sends an email automatically uses your corporate design. You can also design call-to-action buttons and links in your brand's design to create a consistent overall look. This keeps your brand presence consistent, which builds trust with recipients and promotes brand recognition—a crucial factor for successful campaign communication.

Manage signatures centrally and save time

In addition to templates, you can centrally manage signatures in the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite to ensure a coordinated appearance across all departments. Under Settings and Messaging, you can create personal or team signatures that reflect your brand guidelines. This feature ensures that every email, regardless of the sender, looks professional. For greater efficiency, you can duplicate templates you've created once and adapt them for different campaigns or teams.
