How do I customize the display of metrics in campaigns?
Learn how to customize KPIs in IROIN® Campaigning for reporting.
In the Campaigning module of the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, you can individually choose which metrics and charts are displayed on the reporting dashboard. This allows you to analyze your campaigns optimally and ensure that clients only see relevant data.
In the screenshot below, you can see a campaign dashboard with various metrics such as impressions, posts, CPC, reach, click-through rate, reached followers, and engagement rate for Instagram and YouTube. To customize the view, click on “Customize Metrics” to adjust which KPIs are displayed.
After clicking, a window will open. There you will find two sections: "Available Metrics" (e.g., spend, posts per week, content link clicks, CPC, CPM) and "Selected Metrics" (e.g., CPC, reach, tracking link clicks, CPM). Drag and drop the metrics you want into the "Selected Metrics" column to display them, or remove them to simplify the view.
How to save default settings
Once you have selected your desired metrics, you can set these as the default for all newly created campaigns. In the screenshot below, you can see the option at the bottom left, "Set as default for reporting metrics." Activate this before saving so that your selection is automatically applied to future campaigns.
Alternatively, you can adjust the metrics directly within the campaign settings on the campaign dashboard. To do this, go to the campaign settings and select the metrics you want to display, defining them specifically for that campaign.

Which charts can you customize?
In addition to metrics, you can make further adjustments such as which charts are displayed, how the influencer table is shown, or how individual posts are reported using various KPIs. This helps you maintain a clear overview of your results and allows you to either deviate from the standard for a specific campaign or define a default for all users.
We recommend setting a standard in advance, which then serves as the basis for all activities for everyone involved, ensuring comparability across campaigns.
