With the screenshot upload feature in the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, you can import KPI data directly from Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube insights without laboriously entering the values manually. This not only saves you valuable time but also minimizes errors that can easily occur with manual entry. Instead of transferring numbers individually, the software automatically loads the relevant metrics, such as reach or interactions, from your screenshot and inserts them into your post's statistics—a real game-changer for your campaign management.
How to integrate your insights effortlessly
Start in the "Posts" section of your campaign and select the post whose data you want to update. Then, click on "Details/Edit" via the three dots to access the statistics overview. If the "Automatically retrieve statistics" option is active, deactivate it, especially if you want to use manually uploaded insights. Then click the arrow icon next to "Post statistics" to upload a screenshot. Simply upload the screenshot of your platform insights—whether from Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube—and the software will automatically detect the numbers.
If a number is not read correctly, you can always adjust it manually, giving you flexibility if recognition fails.
