How do I copy orders in a campaign?

Learn quickly how to copy orders and save time

In the Campaign Manager of the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, within Campaigning, you can easily copy tasks to efficiently manage your campaigns. This feature is perfect if you want to create similar tasks for multiple influencers without creating everything from scratch. This saves you valuable time and helps you maintain overview, especially for larger projects with multiple creators.

How to copy orders step by step

To copy a job, click the three dots next to the desired job—e.g., a post or a reel—and select the "Copy Job" option. A window will then open where you can select the influencers for whom you want to duplicate the job. You can either copy all jobs from a profile by clicking the three dots next to the influencer's name, or select and add individual jobs.

Simply select the creators who are already in the Campaign Manager and confirm your selection.

The copied orders are automatically displayed in the first lane (column) in the Campaign Manager. This provides clarity—but can also quickly become confusing if this lane is already occupied.

The first lane is the default column, where all copied orders automatically appear. It's easy to identify: there's a plus sign (+) in the top right corner – you can manually add more orders here.

Our tip: Keep this first lane as clear as possible so that new or duplicate orders are organized and easy to find. This keeps your campaign manager organized and helps you stay on top of larger campaigns.

Flexibility and benefits

The copy feature offers you flexibility: You can assign jobs to new or existing creators and tailor them to the influencers' individual strengths, such as a video job for a TikTok star. This not only saves you time but also makes it easier to manage similar tasks by ensuring consistency across your campaign without having to start from scratch each time.

Why this is important

This feature is essential for quickly scaling recurring tasks and efficiently allocating resources, especially when coordinating campaigns across multiple platforms like Instagram or TikTok. This allows you to focus on the creative process instead of administrative work and to quickly capture the important foundations of collaboration for each individual.
