How do I organize my collaborations in a campaign?

Organization of cooperation in a campaign

The Campaigning module in the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite is your central module for efficiently planning, managing, and monitoring influencer campaigns. The Campaign Manager, which uses a visual Kanban or swimlane view, is particularly useful. This view clearly shows you the status of each collaboration and helps you keep track of the progress of your entire campaign—ideal for maintaining an overview of multiple projects.

Campaign Manager: Your tasks in focus

In the Influencer section of each campaign, you can keep a holistic view of the stage of collaboration with a creator. Many clients use the Campaign Manager with the "New," "Pending," and "Posted" phases, for example. Another approach could be to define the negotiation status as a phase if you'd prefer to keep track of how the project is progressing even before the collaboration with the respective influencers is concluded.

Each post can be assigned to the respective influencer as an individual task with relevant information, such as the planned publication date and the post type (post, reel, story). This way, you'll immediately know which collaborations are new and still need to be worked on, which are waiting for approval, and which posts are already live. This makes prioritization easier, for example, if you want to focus on pending approvals.

Planning, posting and analysis

The calendar-style posting schedule shows you when your content should be published. You can see busy days at a glance and avoid bottlenecks to ensure consistent publishing—perfect if you're coordinating a campaign over several weeks.

Posting plan

The reporting section lets you dive into performance: You'll see metrics like impressions, interactions, and engagement rates, displayed graphically to identify successful content. Compare impressions with reach to see how many people have seen your content and analyze interaction rates to check performance. You'll also discover top influencers and top posts, for example, when a Reel is particularly well-received.

Contributions and monitoring

In the "Posts" section, you have access to planned and published content. You can filter it by approval status, network, or time period, for example, to review all Instagram posts from the past week. Using monitoring criteria such as specific hashtags (e.g., "#YourCampaign"), you can ensure that the content meets your specifications and intervene if there are any deviations.
