What actions can I perform with messages in the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite?

The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite offers you various actions in the messages section to flexibly manage and organize your communication with influencers. The screenshot shows an overview of messages with a dropdown menu that provides five practical options for editing your emails. This allows you to efficiently manage, customize, and optimize your conversations to ensure smooth collaboration with influencers.
Overview of news and available actions
In the messages area of the IROIN® Suite, as shown in the screenshot, you'll see a list of your emails under the "Received" and "Sent" tabs. Next to each message is a dropdown menu that you can open by clicking the three dots. This menu offers five actions you can perform on your messages. You can choose between these options to specifically handle your communication: "Reply" allows you to respond directly to a message, while "Forward" allows you to send the email to another person, such as a team member. "Comment" allows you to add internal notes useful for team collaboration without altering the message.
More editing options for your messages
The "Mark as Unread" option helps you highlight important messages that you want to address later by marking them as unread. This is especially useful if you want to keep track of tasks that still need to be completed. If you no longer need a message, you can permanently remove it with the "Delete" action. However, note that deleted messages cannot be recovered, so check beforehand whether you really no longer need the conversation.
These five actions—reply, forward, comment, mark as unread, and delete—give you full control over your communication. This allows you to organize your emails efficiently and ensure that your collaborations with influencers remain professional and structured.
