How can I record voucher codes?
Documentation of the voucher codes created for creators within a campaign
If you want to create coupon codes for your influencer campaigns in the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, this is an effective way to track performance. It's important to note, however, that IROIN® doesn't generate coupon codes – you have to create the codes in your own shopping system, and they are tracked there as well. You document these codes in IROIN® to assign them to influencers and measure campaign performance. You can do this quickly and easily in Campaigning. To do this, open the campaign for which you want to document coupon codes and navigate to the Influencer Overview. There, select the profile of the influencer to whom you want to assign the code.
How do you document the voucher code?
After selecting the influencer's profile, you can add the voucher code. Go to the influencer's detailed view and add the code you previously created in your shopping system directly to the platform. This is purely documentation – IROIN® handles the assignment and stores the data centrally without generating new codes. Once the code is stored, you can send it to the influencer via the platform. This saves you time and ensures clear documentation that you can view at any time. This way, you can keep track of all assigned codes in your campaign.
Why is voucher documentation useful?
Documenting coupon codes in IROIN® offers you many advantages: You can precisely measure performance in your shopping system by seeing how often a code has been used and the revenue it has generated. Coupon codes increase engagement rates by providing added value to followers and enable personalized attribution of campaign performance. Use this feature to optimize your social media campaigns and achieve measurable results.

How can I record the number of voucher codes used in IROIN®?
If you want to document the voucher codes used directly in IROIN®, you can create an additional number form field at the campaign (influencer) level. This field can then be manually maintained – ideal for centrally recording and evaluating the success of voucher campaigns.
You can learn how to set up and use the form field in the following article .
