The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite allows you to customize the email address used to send messages to influencers, ensuring the message comes from a specific address. This is especially useful for ensuring professional communication or using different senders for different campaigns. In just a few steps, you can select the sender address or add new addresses to make your communication more flexible.
Select sender address in the sending dialog
To adjust the sender address, click on Settings, then "Messaging," and then select "Email Addresses" to access the menu for the desired change. Here, you'll also see how to create or edit signatures and email templates . 
From there, you can select the desired sender address from the existing email addresses with one click and set it as the default. If you have configured multiple addresses, you can switch between them with a simple click. This feature allows you to adapt communication depending on the campaign or target audience—for example, you can use a different address for an international campaign than for local collaborations. This ensures that influencers receive the message from an address that appears relevant and trustworthy to them.
Additionally, you can edit the sender address at any time directly before sending the email. In the top right corner of the sending dialog, you can select the desired address to ensure that each message is sent from the correct sender.
Add and verify new sender address
If you need a new sender address, you must first enter and verify it in the settings. To do this, go to Settings in the IROIN® Suite, select the Messaging section, and then Email Addresses. Click on "Add team email address or personal email address," enter the desired address, and follow the verification instructions. You will usually have to click a confirmation link that IROIN® sends to the specified address to ensure the address is valid and belongs to you. Once the verification is complete, the new address will appear in the sending dialog and can be selected for sending messages.
This flexibility allows you to optimally tailor your communication to your needs and ensure that your emails make the right impression on influencers and are always sent by the right contact.
