How do I monitor the progress of my campaign?
Monitoring campaign progress
Keep an eye on your campaign at all times – with the campaign dashboard of the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite
In the Campaigning module, you can monitor the progress of your campaign in detail and manage it based on data. The dashboard provides you with a clear overview of all relevant KPIs, allowing you to analyze your campaign's success and optimize it specifically.
What the dashboard offers you:
- Key figures at a glance:
impressions, reach, plays, views, CPC, CPM (CPM), tracking link clicks – all important metrics are clearly presented. So you always have control over your campaign's performance. - Content publishing:
A visual timeline shows you when stories, reels, or posts were published—ideal for identifying and evaluating content trends. - Engagement & Interactions:
The engagement rate and interaction rate on platforms like Instagram or YouTube give you direct feedback on how well your content is being received by your target audience. - Content performance in detail:
Compare impressions with actual reach to evaluate how efficiently your content is being delivered. - Followers reached & target audience analysis:
See at a glance how many users you reached through the campaign.
At the bottom of the dashboard, you'll find responsive reporting that you can flexibly filter by time period and network—for a targeted analysis of your campaign performance.
At the very bottom, you'll also find a table with the top posts—an ideal checklist if you want to check the completeness of your influencer insights. With just one click, you can switch to the top influencer view. The columns can also be customized—simply click on the respective column heading to arrange them as needed.
If you need additional metrics or a more detailed analysis of your campaign, switch to the campaign results. There you can select your own metrics and customize your analysis.

Why the analysis is worthwhile for you:
With the right data, you can quickly identify which measures are working – and where there's still potential. The click-through rate (CTR), for example, shows you how engaging the content is, while the engagement rate is an indicator of community interaction.
The dashboard is your strategic control tool – use it to further develop your campaigns and make them even more successful.
If you want to delve deeper into the data, the integrated help tools in the dashboard will help you – or you can contact your Customer Success Support directly.
