How can I track posts automatically?

Learn how to automatically track posts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

With the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, social media posts can be automatically captured in campaigns. This saves time and ensures that all relevant content is seamlessly documented without having to be added manually. This feature significantly simplifies analysis, especially for large-scale campaigns with many creators.

Requirements for automatic contribution recording

For posts to be automatically included in a campaign, the following requirements must be met:

  1. Adding influencers to the campaign:
    Posts can only be automatically recorded if the respective creators have been assigned to the campaign. Only then can the system identify their posts based on the specified criteria.

  2. Defining monitoring criteria: Hashtags and mentions can be defined
    in the campaign's detailed information . These terms serve as filters: As soon as a post contains at least one of these criteria, it is automatically assigned to the campaign.

    Incorporate monitoring criteriaHashtags : For example, brand or campaign hashtags can be stored.
    Mentions : If creators mention a specific brand in their posts, this can also be used for tracking. 

Mentions can only be tracked if the creator is linked to IROIN® via Connect. This means we require the creator's opt-in to access advanced insights, stories, and detailed performance data – for maximum transparency and reliable evaluation.


Supported platforms

Automatic tracking currently works for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube . Not only regular posts, but also Instagram Stories from creators added to the campaign are automatically recognized and assigned to the campaign.
Note: Instagram Stories can only be automatically tracked if the creator is connected—or if you use our integrated story tracking feature. If you have any questions, your Customer Success Manager will be happy to help.

Automatic assignment of posts

As soon as a creator publishes a post that contains at least one of the stored hashtags or a defined mention, it is automatically added to the corresponding campaign. This applies to both organic posts and sponsored content.
