How can I export cross-campaign data automatically or manually?

Do you need quick insights or want to export specific data? Then use the manual export:

  • Switch to the campaigning module.

  • Use the filter options by campaign name, status, customer, time period or network.

  • Once you have made your selection, you can download the results directly as an Excel file.

Ideal for targeted analyses, short-term reporting or individual evaluations.

2. Automated export – efficient and time-saving

Would you like to receive up-to-date campaign data regularly without having to manually export it every time? No problem – with the automated export, you specify once what, when, and to whom you want to send it – and the IROIN® Suite takes care of the rest.

You can:

  • Determine the delivery interval yourself – e.g., weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

  • Flexibly adjust the scope of content and filter criteria.

  • Define recipients – whether internally within the team or externally for customers, partners or decision-makers.

To set up automated export:

  1. In the Campaigning section, go to the campaign overview.

  2. Click on the “Excel Export” tab in the top right corner – right next to the filter settings.

  3. There you can configure your export: specify intervals, target group and data scope.
