With bulk selection in the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, you can quickly and efficiently add multiple influencers to a campaign at once. This feature is especially useful when planning large campaigns with many creators, helping you save time and simplify the management of your influencer collaborations. Here's how to use bulk selection step by step to optimize your campaign management and accelerate your workflow.
Step-by-step instructions
- Create the campaign : Click the Create button in the top right and create a new campaign. Give it a clear name, like "Summer Campaign 2025," and define networks, budget, and timeframe for easy retrieval later. Save the campaign so it's ready for assignment.
- Open your portfolio : Go to the portfolio section, where you'll find an overview of all available influencers. Use the search or filter functions if you're looking for specific categories, like "Fitness" or "Beauty," or performance data like reach, to quickly locate the right influencers.
- Select multiple influencers : Select the desired influencers by checking the boxes to the left of their profiles in the portfolio list. You can select as many profiles as you need, for example, ten influencers for a multi-channel campaign to ensure broad reach. You can also do this in Discovery. If the creators aren't already in your portfolio, you can seamlessly combine both steps: First, add them to the portfolio from Discovery – and then add them directly to the campaign.
- Add them to the campaign : Once selected, click the "Add to campaign" button, which appears above the results as the fourth icon on the far right of the navigation bar. Select the corresponding campaign you created previously from the dropdown list and confirm the assignment. The selected influencers will now be assigned to the campaign and available for tracking or reporting.

In addition to adding from your portfolio or discovery, you can also easily work with your favorites lists.
Here's how it works: Create favorite lists sorted by topic, for example, for specific industries, target groups, or campaign types. With just one click on a list, you can add all the influencers contained therein to a campaign at once – without having to select them individually.
