How can I see the status of my Connect requests and what do the symbols mean?
With the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, you can keep track of the status of your connect requests at any time – conveniently via the portfolio and a simple filter function.
Here's how to find pending Connect requests:

Open your portfolio and select the Instagram network in the filter area.

Within the filter options, scroll down to the "More" section.

Activate the "Statistics Sharing" checkbox.
You will then see all influencers who have already received a Connect request via IROIN® – regardless of whether it has already been confirmed or is still pending.
Color status at a glance:

🟥 Red: Connect was disconnected

🟨 Yellow: Connect is pending

🟩 Green: Connect was successfully completed
This visual indicator makes it particularly easy for you to quickly see the progress of your contacts – and to follow up if necessary.
What do the different symbols on the Connect mean?
In your portfolio, you will find symbols alongside the color status that show you which Connect type is active:

Bar: Connect for statistics – enables automated access to all relevant KPIs in the campaign manager as well as insights into published stories.

Rocket: Connect for Influencer Ads – This allows you to easily onboard your influencers to your Facebook Business Manager via IROIN® – directly through our platform. Once the onboarding is successfully completed, the green status indicator will show you that everything is ready for your influencer ads.

✅ Catch: Both connections are active – you have full access to statistics and the option for influencer ads.
