The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite updates campaign statistics automatically – without any manual effort. If a time limit for statistics updates has been set in the campaign settings, the automatic update will stop after this period. However, if the corresponding switch has not been activated in the campaign settings, the updates will continue to run continuously and regularly in the background.
Using IROIN® Connect is particularly advantageous because it also updates creator data that is not publicly visible. This includes detailed performance metrics from creator insights, which can be accessed directly via the platform. Manually updating statistics
If an immediate update is required or specific values 
need to be adjusted manually, there are two options.
First, statistics can be edited directly by updating individual numerical values in the campaign area. This is useful if certain values need to be subsequently corrected or added. To do so, click on the respective post that has already been published and then select "Details/Edit." There, you can manually modify existing data or fill in the data if the "Automatically retrieve statistics" function is deactivated, as shown in the screenshot below. As soon as you reactivate this button, all publicly accessible data and all data we can determine via IROIN® Connect will be updated.
Alternatively, you can upload KPI screenshots directly using the arrow displayed. These will be automatically read, and the corresponding values will be added to the campaign statistics. These options ensure that data quality remains high and that current statistics can be accessed or edited at any time.
