Learn how influencers can be optimally prepared to accept your Connect invitation seamlessly – from the technical requirements to successfully linking their channels.
In order for the Connect invitation to be successfully confirmed and the collaboration to start smoothly, several technical requirements must be met – especially in interaction with Facebook and Instagram.
The most important requirements at a glance:

The influencer's Facebook page must be public. This is the only way the system can access the page and establish the connection.

This Facebook page must be linked to the Instagram channel for which you sent the Connect invitation. Without this link, successful authentication is not possible.

After clicking on the invitation, the influencer is automatically redirected to the Facebook login page, where they are asked to agree to a number of rights.
Why are these rights necessary?
These permissions are specified by Facebook and necessary for technical access – for example, to read insights or identify the channel as verified. We have no influence on the wording or number of these permissions, as they originate directly from the Facebook ecosystem.
Important: All permissions must be accepted in full for the process to be completed. If the influencer cancels the process or declines individual permissions, the connection cannot be established.
What happens after confirmation?
Once the influencer has completed all steps, the invitation is considered confirmed. The channels are then officially linked to IROIN®, and you can view all available data and start and manage the collaboration through the platform.
