What is IROIN® Connect and how does it work?
IROIN® Connect is a feature of the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite that enables you to collaborate with influencers in a data-driven and efficient way. It allows you to integrate influencers directly into your network and receive direct insights for your campaigns. You can link influencers by invitation, which promotes long-term relationships, and manage all contacts centrally via the platform. This minimises manual coordination and saves you time. IROIN® Connect gives you access to real-time insights such as engagement rate, impressions and story views, some of which are not available via public statistics.
How is IROIN® Connect GDPR-compliant?
IROIN® Connect is fully GDPR-compliant, as the protection of your data and influencer data is our top priority. All data is stored exclusively on servers within the EU that meet the highest security standards. Influencer data such as reach or story insights are only processed if the influencers have expressly consented - for example via the connect button, which enables a direct link. Without consent, IROIN® only accesses publicly available data in order to protect the rights of influencers. You can document the legal basis (e.g. consent or contractual necessity) and an order processing contract regulates the legal framework. You can also have data deleted if you wish, in accordance with the right to be forgotten (Article 17 GDPR), and access is strictly controlled.
What are the benefits of IROIN® Connect?
IROIN® Connect offers you direct networking with influencers, real-time insights for data-based decisions, efficient communication without external tools and automated processes that reduce effort. This allows you to optimise your influencer marketing campaigns sustainably, save time, create transparency and build long-term relationships - all GDPR-compliant and secure. However, if a creator does not agree to link their Instagram profile with IROIN®, you can continue to enter data manually. In Germany in particular, many influencers are sceptical about linking their profile to a database, even though this data is not directly visible to all customers.
