Export your suggestion list with all relevant data
The suggestion list is a highly useful tool when you want to easily and clearly share creators’ psychographic and demographic data with your clients. It is perfect for initial alignment, sharing insights, or as a basis for decision-making – without needing to create direct client access.
Whether for internal coordination or client presentations, the CSV export gives you all important data at a glance – fast, structured, and ready to share.
Simply click on “Export suggestion list” in the top right corner.
If you notice that some data is missing (e.g., follower numbers, engagement rate, or channel specifications), in most cases there is a very simple reason: the Discovery Report for the respective influencers has not yet been activated.
Why is the data missing?
The suggestion list relies on the Discovery Reports of individual influencers. If these reports are not activated, the channel data cannot be displayed in the export. This can be inconvenient, especially for cross-channel campaigns or initial pitches, but it is easy to fix!
How to activate the Discovery Reports
You have two options:
Activate individually: Click on the Discovery Report menu for the desired influencer and select Activate Report.
Activate multiple at once:
Select all influencers in the suggestion list and choose Discovery Report / Setcard Export in the top right corner. In this view, you can set the network and activate the Discovery Reports for all relevant platforms at once.

This way, you can back up your suggestions with data and present your campaign setup even more convincingly.
Tip: Before sending a suggestion list, quickly check whether all Discovery Reports are active. This helps you avoid follow-up questions and makes a professional impression from the very beginning.
