The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite offers you a powerful search function and practical filters to efficiently manage your email communication with influencers. These tools allow you to search for specific messages and sort them according to various criteria. This helps you stay on top of things and quickly find important conversations without having to wade through long email lists.
Find news using the search function
In the IROIN® Suite messaging area, you'll see the "Search Messages" search bar at the top, as shown in the screenshot. Here, you can search for specific conversations by name or keyword. Simply enter an influencer's name or a relevant keyword, such as "Campaign 2025," and the platform will search all your communications. Additionally, you can switch between the "Received" and "Sent" tabs located directly next to the search bar. This allows you to specifically filter messages, either incoming or sent, and further narrow down your search to find the conversation you're looking for more quickly.
Use and adjust filters
To show or hide the filter bar, click the second button in the top right corner next to the "Compose Email" button, which is marked with a funnel icon, as shown in the screenshot. Clicking this button opens or closes the filter bar, which offers you various options for sorting your messages.
Under "More Filters," you can filter by employees, such as "Employees" and "Team" in the example. This helps you view messages from a specific team member if multiple people are involved in the communication. Additional filters, such as "From" and "To," allow you to specify a time period, for example, to only display messages from the last week. These filters are especially useful if you're specifically looking for conversations within a certain time period, such as to review communication related to a completed campaign. The combination of search and filters allows you to precisely organize your emails and ensure that you can find important messages quickly.
