How do I add attachments to emails?
Learn how to share images and documents via cloud services
The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite doesn't allow you to send images and documents directly as attachments in messages. However, you can use cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Imgbb to upload files and include the corresponding links in your message. This method is simple, efficient, and allows you to easily share even large files with influencers without overloading the platform's messaging function.
Upload files and create links
To share files, first upload the desired images or documents to a cloud storage of your choice. For example, use Google Drive or Dropbox to save larger documents like PDFs or presentations, or Imgbb if you want to share images. After uploading, create a sharing link for the file. Make sure the link is publicly accessible or that the recipients have the appropriate access rights so that influencers can easily access the files. In Google Drive, you can adjust this via the sharing settings by selecting "Anyone with the link" as the access option. After setting up sharing, copy the generated link to paste it into your message.
Insert link into the message and share
In the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, go to the messaging section, compose your email or direct message, and paste the copied share link where you want it.

You can insert the link directly into the text or add a short description, for example: "You can find the briefing document here: [Link]." This ensures the recipient can easily find and open the file. You can also insert an image link using our interface.
This method is particularly convenient because it allows you to share large files like high-resolution images, videos, or detailed briefings without overloading the platform. At the same time, your communication remains clear, and influencers can download or view the files directly via the link, making collaboration easier. Additionally, this prevents heavy PDF or image files from making the email too large and potentially being flagged as spam.
