What are custom fields in IROIN®?

In the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, you can create custom fields in the settings to structure specific information and manage your campaigns more efficiently. These changes can only be implemented by users with the "Admin" role.

This feature offers you flexibility on three key levels that optimize your work with influencers. At the task level, you can store detailed information about collaborations, such as budgets for package prices or conditions, deadlines to keep track of important schedules, or discount codes that influencers can use for your campaigns. This way, you keep all relevant details in one place and ensure a clear overview of every collaboration. You have the option of creating custom fields at all three levels and thus defining them as the default for all users of your license.

How do you use custom fields at the post and portfolio level?

At the post level, you can define relevant parameters for individual posts to better manage your campaigns. For example, you can define format specifications like image or video sizes to ensure consistent content. At the portfolio level, custom fields help you save specific characteristics of your influencers and filter by them later. For example, you can store shoe sizes for brands that ship products like shoes, note favorite products to personalize campaigns, or record available time slots to prioritize creators for time-critical projects.
