How do I manage my contact list in IROIN®?

Learn how to organize agencies, management and partners efficiently

The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite offers you a dedicated "Contacts" area where you can manage, update, and customize your entire contact list to meet your individual campaign needs. This area helps you keep track of influencers, agencies, brands, photographers, or UGC creators and optimize your communications. This allows you to use your contacts centrally and in a structured manner to plan successful campaigns.

Contact management functions

The "Contacts" module provides a central platform for organizing your contacts. You can add new contacts, whether they're influencers, agencies, or other partners – just a few clicks are all it takes to create them. Keep contact details up to date by updating email addresses, phone numbers, or social media profiles whenever something changes. You can create new contacts, as well as influencers, favorite lists, agencies, campaigns, or clients, anywhere in our Influencer Marketing Suite using the "Create" button.

Note: Before creating a new contact, please remember to first clarify whether it is an influencer, an agency, or a client – ​​because every contact must be assigned to at least one profile.

  • You create agencies under Portfolio → Agencies.

  • You create customers under Campaigning → Clients.

As soon as the respective profile exists, you can correctly assign the contact and display it cleanly in the system.

Advantages and practical tips

The contact list in the IROIN® Suite offers you several advantages: All contacts are centralized in one place, which simplifies administration, especially for large campaigns. The search function saves you time, as you don't have to manually scroll through lists. Thanks to its flexibility, you can individually manage all information and, if necessary, assign influencers and creators to specific agencies or managements for a clear overview.

This way, you can, for example, send a single email to a specific contact for a campaign and contact several influencers at the same time. It also allows you to better understand which contacts you work with more frequently in order to negotiate better terms if necessary. By centrally managing all information related to your daily influencer marketing business, you add another level to your own influencer CRM and ensure that your team has an overview of all agreements.
