How do I find out about new emails within IROIN®?

Understand how to be notified of incoming influencer messages.

In the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite, you'll be notified of new messages or replies from influencers directly in the Messages section. These notifications help you avoid missing important updates and respond quickly to incoming communications. This way, you can ensure your collaboration with influencers remains seamless and you're always up to date without having to manually check for new emails.

Detect notifications in the Messages area

As soon as you receive a new message or reply, the Messages section in the IROIN® Suite will immediately display it. You'll find the Messages section in the left navigation bar – the section is marked with an envelope icon. New messages are highlighted with a visual marker, so you can see at a glance that a new email has arrived. The "Received" tab displays incoming messages, and you can immediately see which ones are still unread. This feature is especially useful if you're working with many influencers at once and want to respond quickly, for example, to urgent queries or campaign confirmations.

Use notifications efficiently

To get the most out of notifications, check your Messages section regularly, especially during active campaigns. You can customize the view by switching between "Received" and "Sent" to focus on new messages. If you expect a lot of emails, use the "Search Messages" search bar to search for specific influencers or topics. The notifications in IROIN® allow you to efficiently manage your communication without missing important responses from influencers. This allows you to respond promptly to inquiries, coordinate campaigns, and ensure your collaboration remains professional and effective. You also always have an overview of any existing agreements within the team and any agreements reached with creators.
