Why can't I set up automatic replies?

You can't currently set up automatic replies or out-of-office messages directly in the IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite. We understand the need for these features in everyday work, but our primary focus in the current development of the suite is on optimizing your influencer marketing campaigns, not on advanced communication features. To still use automatic replies, you can set them up via your preferred email program that's linked to IROIN®. This way, you can ensure that influencers are informed during your absence.

Set up automatic replies in your email program

Automatic replies like out-of-office replies are an easy way to inform influencers or business partners that you're away. Setting them up depends on your email provider, but the steps are usually similar. If you use Outlook, go to the settings and select "Automatic Replies." There you can set the time period, enter your message, and decide whether the reply should be sent only to internal contacts or to all recipients. In Gmail, you'll find the option under "Out-of-Office Reply" in the settings – activate the feature, enter the start and end dates and your message, and save the changes. For other providers like Yahoo or Apple Mail, search the settings for terms like "auto-responder" or "out-of-office replies" to find similar features.

Automatic replies are a typical feature of email clients and would distract the platform from its core business. We're committed to providing you with the best tools for influencer marketing and therefore recommend setting up out-of-office replies via your email client linked to IROIN®. This allows you to continue communicating professionally with influencers, even when you're unavailable, while leveraging the suite's powerful campaign features.
