The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a central document for everyone who processes personal data on our platform. It transparently regulates how we, as a provider, handle the data of your campaigns, customers, or influencers and ensures compliance with all GDPR requirements.
Here’s how to find your AVV in just a few steps:

Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.

Go to “My Profile” and then to “Company Profile”.

There you will find the DPA as a download link – immediately available and accessible at any time.
Why is the DPA important?
If you work with personal data—whether it's collaborating with influencers, exporting profile information, or analyzing campaigns—you need a valid DPA. Many companies require this document internally for their compliance departments or to submit to data protection officers.
Our tip:
Download the DPA directly and save it internally. This way, you'll always be prepared for questions about data protection or legal requirements. If you make changes to your company profile or have new managers on your team, it's also worth reviewing the DPA regularly.
