Content approval from the creator’s perspective – what happens after the invitation to approve contributions?
Learn how creators can access the platform after being invited to share their content, upload content, and start the approval process right away.
How do I invite influencers to approve posts?
After you have created the last order and activated the checkbox “Invite influencers to approve posts,” the creators will receive a personalized invitation in your company design – including all previously created orders at a glance.
By clicking the "Cooperation Manager" button, they will be redirected to the registration page. There, they can either log in easily with Facebook or register the traditional way with their email address and password. They will then receive a confirmation email – once they have confirmed their email address, they can start using the Cooperation Manager directly.
What do creators see in the Collaboration Manager after logging in?
After logging in, creators immediately receive a clear overview of all ongoing collaborations – these are referred to as campaigns in IROIN®. On the right side, there's a clear posting schedule with a convenient hover function for details. On the left, they see the status of their campaigns – whether content is planned, overdue, or already completed.
By clicking the "Submit Draft" button, creators receive a compact overview of all booked posts – including an at-a-glance status display. On the right, they also find the campaign brief, hashtags and mentions used, the current posting schedule – and, if enabled, coupon codes, tracking links, and the number of booked posts.
The arrow takes them to the details: order information, comments, and the draft deadline. Content pieces can be easily uploaded using drag & drop – quickly, intuitively, and without any detours.
The content approval process ensures maximum efficiency on both sides: Creators stay on top of things at all times thanks to clear structures and automatic email notifications.
Clients benefit from a fast, transparent approval process – for smooth collaboration and high-quality, coordinated content.
