Sometimes you need your influencer data outside of the IROIN® Suite—for presentations, analysis, or coordination with external stakeholders. Whether you're preparing a shortlist for a client or syncing campaign data with other tools, the export function makes it easy to download exactly the data you need. In just a few clicks, you’ll have a clean, customizable file ready for further use.
Why exporting is helpful
Exporting influencer profiles allows you to:

Share data with non-users (e.g., clients or external teams)

Perform your own analysis in tools like Excel or Google Sheets

Sync creator data with other systems (e.g., CRM, reporting tools)

Step-by-step: How to export influencer profiles
Step 1: Navigate to the Portfolio module
Open the IROIN® Suite and go to the Portfolio module. This is your central hub for managing all influencer profiles. Use the search bar or filters (e.g., by reach, region, category) to quickly find the relevant profiles.
Step 2: Select influencers
Check the box to the left of each influencer profile to select them. You can mark multiple profiles at once. Filtering first helps you create a focused list—ideal for campaign planning or report creation.
Step 3: Start the export
Once you’ve made your selection, click the “Export” button at the top navigation bar. It becomes active as soon as at least one profile is selected. No further configuration is needed—just confirm your choice.
Step 4: Select file format and download
After clicking “Export”, you’ll first be prompted to choose whether you want to export Discovery Reports or Sedcards. This initial choice determines the format and level of detail in your exported file:

Discovery Reports are ideal for internal analysis, spreadsheet overviews, and data-driven decision-making

Sedcards provide a visually formatted creator profile—perfect for presentations or client-facing materials
Important:

If you select Discovery Reports, make sure only influencers with an active Discovery Report are included—otherwise, they won’t appear in the export.

If you select Sedcards, be aware that these must be manually uploaded to each influencer profile in advance. Only profiles with a Sedcard already added will be included in the export.
Finally, select the file format that best suits your workflow and your file will be ready in seconds:

CSV for processing in Excel or Google Sheets

PowerPoint for internal briefings or external decks
Practical tip for clean exports
Before exporting a large list, make sure your data is up to date:

Refresh your Discovery Reports (recommended every 4 weeks)

Ensure Sedcards are generated for all profiles in question

Double-check category filters to avoid including outdated contacts
