How to add notes

The IROIN® Influencer Marketing Suite allows you to add individual notes to each influencer or creator in your portfolio. This feature is a convenient way to centrally store important information and annotations, making them visible only to your team. Notes help you stay on top of details critical to your campaign planning and teamwork, allowing you to work more efficiently.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the portfolio

  2. Select the influencer or creator by clicking their name

  3. Scroll to the "General Information" section

  4. Use the "Note" field to enter your information

You can document a wide range of info, such as:

  • "Performed outstandingly in the 2024 summer campaign"

  • "Prefers sustainable products and avoids last-minute briefs"

  • "High engagement rate on Reels—especially during giveaways"

All notes are automatically saved and can be updated at any time.

  • Keep it relevant and concise – Focus on actionable insights

  • Use it for internal knowledge – Since the note field is not visible to influencers, you can safely document sensitive observations

  • Update regularly – Make it part of your campaign debrief to keep notes fresh
