The 32-year-old Canadian, Jeff, is a natural pro bodybuilder, fitness coach and powerlifter. Jeff has won several titles as both a bodybuilder and powerlifter. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Chemistry. He promises science-based training and nutrition, and he shares his knowledge with his 3.34 million subscribers. The American fitness influencer Chris Heria is behind the YouTube channel THENX. Chris launched his channel in February 2013, and today he boasts 7.46 million subscribers. His videos have been clicked over 575 million times in total. He posts new content on his channel every Sunday. The videos consist of elite fitness training and are designed to get people moving. How-to videos are at the top of the list. Chris explains in detail how to perform the exercises correctly to minimise the risk of injury and increase effectiveness. The most popular video is the Six Pack Abs for Beginners video with over 94 million views.

Apart from YouTube, the certified personal trainer gives workshops and seminars - including self-defence courses. On top of that, he developed and founded the callisthenics academy "Miami Trainer". Here, people learn to improve their fitness with the help of their own body weight, also known as bodyweight exercises. This makes Chris Heria one of the best-known callisthenics athletes in the world.
